Underwater EMR (UEMR) within the higher rectum
39 y/o male with power rectal bleeding over 1 12 months. Identified with hemorrhoids and underwent hemorrhoidectomy. Bleeding persevered -> colonoscopy -> giant 1s IIa granular-type villous development alongside one-half of the circumference of the anterior wall of the higher rectum. Biopsies: villous adenoma with focal excessive grade dysplasia. Underwater piecemeal EMR carried out with out submucosal injection.
